Elite Athlete Program

The Elite Athlete program is one of many ways we inspire our partners to fulfill their dreams and deliver their best in pursuits outside of Starbucks. The program supports partners who are participating in athletics at a world-class level. The majority of partners in the program are nationally or internationally ranked in their sport.

Partners accepted into the program receive financial assistance through a monthly stipend in their regular paycheck. These funds help partners cover the cost of competition and may be used toward such expenses as entry fees, travel, accommodations, and equipment.
